Abstract

The case concerns the implementation of Dublin transfer to Italy. The applicant argues that the Netherlands is responsible because it will be treated inhumanely in Italy (Article 3 of the ECHR) due to the reception conditions.

The Court distanced the present case from ECHR Taraskehl and Upper Tribunal of the UK ruling.
