Abstract

The decisions taken by the Regional Administrative Court Magdeburg (Verwaltungsgericht Magdeburg) of 29 March 2019 - 5 B 353/18 MD - and of 16 April 2019 - 5 B 102/19 MD, 5 B 105/19 MD - violate the applicant's right under Article 3(1) of the German Constitution (Basic Law - Equality before the Law). The decisions are annulled and the case is remitted to the Magdeburg Administrative Court.
