Abstract

Administrative Court of Appeals -Pireaus 


The Court granted interim measure and suspended temporarily the execution of the Decison 26510/26.11.2018 of the 4th Independent Appeal Committee and the transfer of the applicants (family with minor children) to Bulgaria in implementation of art.29.1 of Regulation 604/2013/EU until the issuance of the final decision. The Court took under consideration that if returned to Bulgaria, the applicants may be refouled to Afghanistan.
