Abstract

The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) adopted an interim measure in the context of an individual complaint (No 384/2025) submitted by a Syrian national against Germany in proceedings contesting the suspension of material reception conditions during the period to implement a decision on a Dublin transfer to Malta.


The UN CESCR instructed the German Government to immediately provide the applicant with access to basic accommodation, health care and reception benefits.
