Abstract

The case concerned a Dublin transfer to Croatia and the appeal of the applicant against it was rejected by the regional administrative court of Hanover.

The court has thoroughly mentioned that the Dublin returnee will have access to the asylum and reception system, that the access to medical treatment is also guaranteed and that despite concerns raised by European institutions, there are no indications of systemic deficiencies. The court based its findings extensively on AIDA reports and added that in the absence of individual circumstances to prove the contrary, there are no indications to cancel the Dublin transfer to Croatia.
