Abstract

The ruling orders the suspension of implementing the decision of the Belgian Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration, limiting to 50 per day the number of applications for international protection to be registered by the Immigration Office. The ruling underlines especially that the decision makes it excessively difficult to excercise a fundamental right: having effective access to the procedure for obtaining international protection.
