Abstract

The case concerned the deportation of a rejected asylum applicant back to Afghanistan. The Constitutional Court decided that given the current country information on Afghanistan, a prompt deportation of the applicant to his country of origin is not possible.


The case concerned the applicant for whom the European Court of Human Rights requested on 2 August 2021 to suspend deportation until the end of the month.
