Abstract

The applicant, Ugandan national, contested a negative decision of her asylum application and claimed that the State Secretary did not take into consideration the report of 'LGBT Asylum Support' which was submitted in appeal. The Court of the Hague allowed the appeal and mentioned that the applicant should have asked the State Secretary to consider that report as expert report. The case was referred back for re-examination by the determining authority.
